The micro-casting interior section represents a threefold guarantee for C.G.S. clients, as it protects the absolute confidentiality of customer projects. Moreover, thanks to daily inspections conducted by an RX and after that also with cupellation carried out through an ACCREDIA certified company, the title of the gold is ensured to always be above the required legal limit.
Ultimately, the possibility of carrying out specific casting according to the different structures of the products, ensures a much higher casting quality, minimising the porosity and accelerating the production process.
All types of casting are carried out within the department, ranging from 9KT to 18KT, using both nickel-free white gold alloys (such as 6,25% palladium and 13% palladium) and alloys of different colours (different shades of both yellow and red such as 3N, 5N, 6N…).
